Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or returns on our products. However, we do offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged or spoilt in transit. We will only consider returns/replacements if your order(s) is in a damaged/defective state or is expired or in case you have received an incorrect product. Such products will only be considered if they are in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail. Opened or used products will not be accepted for exchange / refunds.
In case of approved returns, the payments will be credited within 5-7 working days.
